When your order ships, UPS will send you an automatically generated email* containing your package tracking number(s) along with information about how to track your order.

Canceling Your Order
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel you order at anytime. Send an email including your name, address, and order number and a customer service representative will contact you with the status of your order.

  3. Ship your return merchandise, pre-paid and insured for your protection, via UPS or parcel post to:
