How to Order
The quickest and easiest way to place your order is through our secure
website.

Checking Your Order Status
When your order ships, UPS will send you an automatically generated email*
containing your package tracking number(s) along with information about
how to track your order.
*(this shipping confirmation is sent to the email address that you supplied
when you placed your order)
Canceling Your Order
If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel you order at anytime.
Send an email including
your name, address, and order number and a customer service representative
will contact you with the status of your order.

Delivery within 5-7 business days after your order
leaves our warehouse.
May be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS at the choice of
Casa Zia Saddlery.
Saturday & Sunday delivery is not available. |

Expected delivery within 2 business days after your order
leaves our warehouse (usually 2-3 days after your order
is placed).
Signature may be required.
Not available for shipments to U.S. territories, PO boxes,
or APO addresses.
Not available for heavy items or items shipped directly
from the manufacturer.
Weekend delivery is not available.
